2026 fees are set at $84.00 ($80.00 plus GST) and are due May 31, 2026. Interest will accrue starting June 1, 2026.

HOA Fee collection is administered through C-ERA Property Management & Realty. Please review their welcome package for information.
ONLINE
Credit Card. Credit card payments are only available for current year payments only. If you have a balance great than $84.00 you need to remit that amount by an alternate method (e-transfer/cheque). Use the “Pay Now” link to pay your fees online with Visa or Mastercard. A $2.52 processing fees will apply. PAY NOW
- Pre-authorized payment. To set-up a new pre-authorized payment we must receive your completed form by the 20th of the month.
- Send an e-Transfer to kingsheightshoa@cerapm.com
- This address is setup for auto-deposit. In the comment / note section of the e-transfer, include your name and your mailing address (including postal code) or your 11 digit account number to ensure your payment is applied to the correct unit.
- Send payment by cheque to our office (make cheque payable to “King’s Heights HOA”)
